Submit vaccination records

Upload proof from a licensed vet: Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) and DHPP. Flea and tick prevention required May–November.

New dogs get a meet-and-greet assessment, which includes a complimentary first day of daycare so staff can find the best playgroup fit.

Daycare is a drop-off and pick-up service where dogs enjoy supervised group play during the day. Overnight boarding includes the daycare experience plus a private suite for sleeping, evening care and individual attention from staff.

Is Park9 suitable for all dog sizes and breeds?

Yes — Park9 welcomes dogs of all sizes and most breeds. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament during play sessions. All new dogs go through a temperament evaluation on their first visit. Certain breed restrictions may apply based on local regulations.

What is Park9's spay and neuter policy?

All pets over 7 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in playcare or boarding. Dogs over 7 months old that are not fixed can use Private-Style boarding options instead. Call (416) 679-9599 for details.

Yes. Park9 Pearson YYZ has dedicated quiet-wing cat boarding suites designed to reduce stress. Cat boarding is available at the Pearson YYZ location only; shuttle service from Downtown Toronto is available.
